Support Tip: DP 11.01 unable to open oracle barlist configuration

Situation

When trying to open the barlist in the GUI it returns a 12:1008 Bad File Format error message and barlist can’t be opened nor started.

Environment

Data Protector: 11.01
Operating System: Linux Centos 7.5 (Other Linux systems may be involved)
Integration: Oracle 19 Database

A hotfix DP1101_b195_OCTCR19Q1580760_HF1_ux is available from support.
