Knowledge Document: DP omnitrig and MMD services cannot start

After restarting the CM server, it was found that the GUI could not connect. When checking the status of the services, it was found that omnirig and MMD could not be started. After executing the restart command, the services still fail to start.

Environment

Data protector version：11.01
Cell manager OS：Windows2016

Situation

DP omnitrig and MMD services cannot start

Cause

Network interface card is disabled
Find resolution on support portal
