Knowledge Document: StoreOnce store was running out of space although DP 11.03 media cleaning sessions were running

It was observed for a specific StoreOnce store that this store was running out of space. DP 11.03 media cleaning sessions were running successfully, no error reported.

Environment

DP 11.03
HPE StoreOnce

Situation

On checking the store content it was detected that no slots were deleted although there was no protection on the Data Protector media anymore.
The DP media management cleaning sessions ran regularly.

It is important
   - to periodically check that the housekeeping process is keeping up.
   - to know if there any blackout windows configured.
   - that the housekeeping process has enough time to complete.
     A graphical display is available for each store to check housekeeping activity.
     Use Storeonce management GUI navigation tree to select 
         StoreOnce Catalyst -> Housekeeping --> <store-name>
