In a world where more and more compliance is becoming a hot topic, Data Protector provides backup, restore, copy, and consolidation session auditing, which stores non-tamperable and non-overwritable information about all backup, restore, copy, and consolidation tasks that were performed over user-defined periods for the whole Data Protector cell. The auditing information is retrievable on demand in an integral and printable fashion for auditing or administrative purposes.
