Knowledge Document: Unable to access home dashboard after upgrade Data Protector

After upgradation, "Home" context request login credentials and unable to retrieve information in dashboard.

Environment

Data Protector version: 24.1 upgrade from version 11.01
Operating System: Windows Server 2019

Situation

After upgrading DP to version 24.1, the Home context is not functioning correctly. By default, it should not require credential information.
Newly created user can log-in but do not retrieve information:
