Getting error message when restore Internal Database online: "Recovery of the Internal Database failed"

Environment

Data Protector version 11.02
Operating System on Cell Manger is Windows 2019

Situation

Before removing the Cell Manager from domain and adding into a workgroup. get files for command: 
#omnidbutil -writedb <IDB_Dump_Location>
There are four files are relased: 
  • dpidb.idb
  • dpidb-data.idb
  • dpjce.idb
  • dpjce-data.idb
After Cell Manager work in workgroup and has the issue, reinstall Data Protector on Cell Manager. Trying to restore Internal Database online but getting the error message:  
[Critical] From: OB2BAR_POSTGRES_BAR@backupserver "DPIDB" Time: 6/8/2024 5:55:52 AM
Recovery of the Internal Database failed
Trying to use the process the read files from IDB_Dump_Location but getting the error message:  
C:\Users\Administrator>omnidbutil -readdb C:\IDB_Dump\writedb
Importing the Internal Database will overwrite the existing one. All data will be lost!
Are you sure [y/n]?y

Internal Database import in progress.

Operation failed!
 

Resolution

Raise a support ticket to fix dpidb-data.idb file. After file is fixed, readb Internal Database back with command:

#omnidbutil -readdb <IDB_Dump_Location>
