Backup running fine 15 days before then this issue happen. BSM not able to start ommisap.exe on client to execute /usr/sap/IEP/SYS/exe/run/brbackup -t online -d rman_util -c -m all -u /

Environment

Data Protector: 10.90
Platform: cell manager Window server 2016
Client: SAP R/3 7.4

Situation

[Normal] From: BSM@servername "ABC"  Time: 11/05/2024 12:39:33 PM
	OB2BAR application on "database_servername" successfully started.

[Critical] From: OB2BAR_OMNISAP@servername "OMNISAP"  Time: 11/05/2024 12:37:38
	Failed to execute '/usr/sap/IEP/SYS/exe/run/brbackup  -t online -d rman_util -c -m all -u /'.

[Major] From: OB2BAR_OMNISAP@servername "OMNISAP"  Time: 11/05/2024 12:37:38
BRBACKUP /usr/sap/IEP/SYS/exe/run/brbackup  -t online -d rman_util -c -m all -u / returned 13
