Knowledge Document: Mailslot is empty

Tape media is already inserted in the library but still throw the error. Mailslot (s) is (are) empty. waiting for mailslot(s) to get filled.

Environment

Data Protector version is 11.01
Operating System on Media Server is Windows 2016
Tape library is Oracle StorageTek SL150

Situation

The tape library still works well and Operating System detects the device well. Tape media is already inserted in the library but the error message shows when scanning tape:
