Trying to open GUI on the client but facing with the error "Server could not be connected. Try connecting after some time."

Environment

Data Protector version 23.4
Operating System on Cell Manager is Centos 8.4
Operating System on GUI client is Windows 10

Situation

Facing with the error message when opening GUI console on the client:

Cause

There are some antivirus softwares running on the client. For this case, Symantect antivirus and SetinelOne are running on the same server. SentinelOne Agent scans and filters processes that makes the issue happens.
