Trying to get the report from Magellan BI but getting the error message: "Cannot get report parameters for the specified file."

Environment

Data Protector version is 23.4
Operating System on Cell Manager is Windows 2016

Situation

Getting the error message when getting the report from Magellan BI:

Cause

Using non-Administrator account to run the report configuration tool on the Cell Manager
Find resolution on support portal
