DP licenses were not recognized after upgrade.

Environment

Data Protector version: 23.4
Operating System: Windows Server 2022

Situation

After upgrade, licenses were not fetched. Even after rehosting for the same IP address the issue remained.

Cause

File for the calculation of licenses was missing after the upgrade. C:\ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\Server\autopassJ\omnipdf.txt
