RCT backup fails for Japanese OS environment.

Environment

Data Protector version 24.2
Operating System in backup host is Windows server 2022(Japanese) 

Situation

RCT backup fails for the Japanese Operating System environment on the Hyper-V environment. 

Cause

This is a known issue that occurs when the Operating System of the backup host is Non-English.
The backup is normal when the Operating System language of the backup host is changed to English.
