Support Tip: Import of NetApp_CAB NDMP Server Type

One of the first steps of an NDMP integration configuration is to Import the NDMP Server. The very last step during import is:

"In the NDMP Server Type drop-down list, select the NAS device type."

Make sure to select "NetApp_CAB" Server Type here when Cluster Aware backup is available and required.

Only when the NDMP server was imported with this Type, the "NDMP - NetApp CAB" Sub type will become available in the Backup options when generating the backup specification.
