Why the system response "The license file is not available in user." for Grammar Compilation?

Hello everyone, 

When I compile a file in C:\Program Files\Micro Focus\ControlPoint\Indexer\FileSystem Connector Framework1\eduction , the system response "The license file is not available in user."

Sometimes I could still get the ecr Grammar file even error appear, but sometimes the Grammar file is fail to generate.


Anyone here also experience this before?

Remark: I place the licensekey in C:\Program Files\Micro Focus\ControlPoint\Indexer\FileSystem Connector Framework1\license
