Scan Content Manager documents with special characters from CM into ControlPoint

When the CM record title includes special characters the connector's synchronize action logs errors repeatedly and fails to process any more records.

Solution: Install CM 9.4 Patch 4

Steps for using CM 9.4 Patch 4
============================

On CP box hosting CM connector
------------------------------
Install base CM 9.4 client (double click)
Install base CM 9.4 COM components (via Admin command prompt)

Install CM 9.4 Patch 4 Client (CM_Client_x64.msp - double click)
Install CM 9.4 Patch 4 COM components (CM_COMComponents_x64.msi via Admin command prompt)

Stop CM connector

Copy these files from C:\Program Files\Micro Focus\Content Manager to
C:\Program Files\Micro Focus\ControlPoint\Indexer\Content Manager Connector
HP.HPTRIM.SDK.dll
HP.HPTRIM.SDK.xml
tsjApi.dll
tsjBoost.dll
tsjCore.dll
tsjFrame.dll
tsjLnEML.dll
tsjMpx.dll
tsjOcx.dll
tsjPoco.dll

tsjTrim.dll
tsjVersion.dll
tsjVwr.dll
tsjZlib.dll

Start CM connector.

Test rescan of CM repo.
Fix to address dealing with special chars should be present.
