(HPLH) Support Tip: Escalation Delegate feature

If a custodian has not ackowledged the hold notice workflow before the "Escalation email to custodian's manager if not acknowledged in" period , an escalation email is sent to the manager of the custodian.

If you want the escalation email to not go to the manager of the custodian, you can set an escalation delegate for the custodian's manager in Admin - Users Administration - Users & Groups:
