Built a new Filr system and used the self signed cert which was fine but Apple devices refused to connect unless cert was commercial.

Got a commercial cert signed by GoDaddy and applied to Filr - the new cert showed in 9443 but it kept using the self signed cert with the option available to make the GoDaddy one the default cert greyed out.

So I deleted the self signed cert, rebooted, and now nothing works!  Get a "site unexpectedly closed the connection" on port 9443 and 8443.

If I run openssl to check the certs on this server, I get 0 certificates!

Have I bricked the box?  Is it possible to get the self signed recreated from command line and this box operational again?
