Filr 23.2.1 Client on macOS 13 Ventura v13.14.1

Hello Filr Comunity! how are you?. I have one customer that just migrated to Filr Ot 23.2.1 (Release: OpenText Filr 23.2.1 Build: 4897 / May 23, 2023)

This customer is reporting issues running Filr Client on macOS 13 Ventura v13.14.1.

    Can you tell us what the error is, without the need to watch a video?

    Hey Mirko!, how are you?. Apologies, I forgot to post with more detailes. The mentioned error is: 

    An unexpected error has occurred, please contact the administrator.

    I a few minutes I'll put more details and also a possible workaround, because it seems this error doesn't appers in all the Venturas macOS.

    Good morning community!.

    I have more news that I hope will be of help in case it happens to you.

    After my colleague Eric Meneses was able to run several tests with different versions of macOS with the same version of the operating system, for the moment we are able to confirm that the error only occurs in some versions of macOS 13.14.1.

    It seems this error doesn't appers in all the Venturas macOS:

    • MacBook Pro Intel (2017) <- these are the ones with the problem

    • MacBook Pro M1 (2020) - these do not present a problem. note: With this version, the application request that certain options be enabled in the Mac security policies. 

    We'll keep you posted if we get more useful info.
