Since the upgrade to 23.3 when a user click on a file through the desktop client to edit it on line the page opened remains blanck and it is impossible to edit it.
Via the web, it is working fine.

Yes I do, same version as yours
As a quick response would advise to check if proxy is involved into communications (and check the issue without proxy).
Otherwise please consider to open a case with technical support.
