Desktop Client cannot Connect / Download

Problem since 24.1 and still in 24.1.1

Desktop Client display error Message:

Access deactivated

Acces to OpenText Filr is deactiveted on the server.

Please contact a admin.

After restart and log out - log in it works for a while and the disconnect again.

Webaccess is working.

But Client Download is not available any more in Webaccess

The settings are correct in Admin Menu

But the hard issue is the connection problem
