Issues after name change

A user's login credentials changed after they changed their last name and they are no longer able to log into Filr. We've tried deleting the user and letting it recreate itself, but that didn't resolve it either. They're receiving the error "This is not an OpenText Filr server", but others are able to log into Filr using the same URL.
