Filr Share Link's "View File" option is greyed out for some file types, such as png, jpg,, mp4, etc.

Environment

Filr 24.2

Situation

When using the Share Link option, the "Download File" option is always available to be enabled.  However, the "View File" option is available for only some file types, such as: xlxs, docx, pptx, txt, etc.  Other file types such as png, jpg, mp4 show the "View File" option as greyed out. How can I change the behavior so that these other file types can be shared as a link and have the "View File" option available?
