Google and Aol doesn like our new domain

Hi Everyone,

we installed gw2014 on an new box for our backup domain. We can send mail to .mac or .me. However, mail to aol gets rejected outright with a 521 error. Group Wise client shows transferred then transfer failed. Google accepts the message but does not deliver it to the intended recipient. The client does not show any errors.

What should i do?

From GWIA Logs, what is the full text of the error message?

Have the recipients' checked their junk folders to see if the messages
    are there?

Have you used this domain for sending email previously? If so where
    from?
Does this domain have any SPF or related records set? If so does this
    outgoing IP match those records?
Check the public IP address the GWIA is going out on against the black
    lists: http://rbls.org/

We just encountered the same problem with Yahoo and AOL. They apparently require DKIM which GroupWise 2014 does not support.
This will be a growing problem. Does anyone have a 3rd party solution that they can share?
