O365 Hybrid - but GroupWise for email possible?

Client has Exchange but just in the process of acquiring a company still on GW and like to stay on GW.

Client would prefer to use GroupWise but want to use O365 for Teams, Skype, Sharepoint etc.

Has Novell got any tools for directory SYNC with Azure??

SharePoint doesn't need email in O365 but I think Teams & Skype needs Directory synced with O365

  • I'm not sure if my reply helps in this case or if I misunderstand your request.

Directory synchronization with GroupWise happens via LDAP. Two options are offered out of the box: eDirectory and ActiveDirectory. I have some customers running their GroupWise environments with AD for years. I do not (really) have experience with Azure AD - so I do not know if it works in the same way.

However I am not sure if just directory synchronization helps you with Teams, Skype and Sharepoint. If I would be a software company I would lock the doors - I assume this is the case here too.
