Groupwise automatic client update via POA setup.cfg option notify

Hello everyone,

last week we have upgraded our Groupwise version to 24.2. Now we want to update the client with the automatic update function.

We have on our workstation notify running. During the setupprocess, the setup asks the user to either stop notify or continue setup with 
restart at finish.

Is there a possibility to confige the setup.cfg to predefine this selection to relieve our helpdesk?

    Hi Harry - As far as I know there isn't any way to use the silent install to kill the Notify process.  If Notify, or the GroupWise client itself, is running the silent install is going to prompt to unload it.  This is working as designed.  You can post in the Ideas Exchange area an enhancement request to have development change this.  -  Pam
