Mobility WARNING error in groupwise-agent.log

Am in the process of cleaning and checking up the GroupWise system in preparation for the upgrade to 24.3. We are currently running 18.4.2. Have had disk issues and think they are finally resolved.

After running the trash collection routine each night we get these errors in the groupwise-agent log in Mobility. They appear about 2 per second  Not sure that its connected to the removal of trash, but it does cause issues with the phone updating for a few to several hours.

Have not found any references on the mighty google that seem to describe this Warning. Are these normal for the conversions?

    Question: do you gms 24.3 works correctly or not?

    i had no trouble to install gw24.3, messenger24.3 or gms24.3

    you had do a great change form gms 18.4.2 to now 24.3, i will upgrade with all newer version, better than do big steps.

    what is the os for the gms server, i think sles15sp5?

    do you have a snapshot or a backup for this upgrade?

    is it possbile to uninstall gms and redo a new installation with the new build?

    +1

    This could be the updates for the delete from trash for items as they are all unique as you can see from the recordID in the different lines, the part that is a reference to the item is showing like this for example

    6627A703.BaxterRegional.Bcrh01.100.136676E.1.110786.1

    As you see in the list above these are all different so all for different items, not a loop or something

    You can check what user this is as the FID of the user is part of the GW message recordID so use 136676E and drop the 1 and you have

    36676E this is the HEX and we need to have the decimal ascii value ( and character )

    36 = 54 = 6
    67 = 103 = g
    6e = 110 = n

    reverse this and the user is having FID ng6 as you see above the 136676E shows a few times, also others are there more then ones so from the user you can find out if/what was done a the time the log shows this and if there is any issue with the user/device

    I assume all is ok as this does not seem to be a uncommon thing
