There were a few FTF builds already with some fixes so updating now i would suggest to request the latest FTF, if you also will update GMS there is a FTF for this as well that resolves a bigger attachment issue so request the FTF also for this when needed
there is a new build 145994 for gw24.3 and gms24.3 Build 11324
open a case by ot portal and ask for this newer bukd, may be there are newer...

Its not the same as GMS 24.3 build 11324 is the one with a fix for Android devices not getting attachments as this was done last week after the released 24.3 GMS ( build 11303 )
My reply was to Claude, that I got same builds from support as he.

So I am lucky, that all of our GMS users using Android are on vacation at the moment.
vacation or not, after installation of the new build 11324 the troubles are solved!
Thanks to OT and all customers/Administrators they had help to share there experience and log files to quickly resolve it!
Viva la community...
The new build is also necessary for IOS devices. Some html mails with pictures (jpgs) were not sent from the IOS devices and the GMS dashboard showed errors sending mails due to python errors. Installation of the new build resolved these errors and the stuck mails were delivered without errors after the upgrade.
