Unable to save message to desktop as .pdf

I have been working with development on this issue.  They are coding a workaround in the 24.3 Windows client.  We should have a build with this fix by early next week.  I do not have a build number yet as it's not been checked in.  We will also have a fix put into build 23.4 if you are still using that version.  When opening a case for the pdf fix please include the version of Groupwsie you are running and that you need the Save as PDF fix.

    I have updated the TID. There was an additional workaround implemented by our development in the last client builds. You will need to have Chrome browser installed on your workstation and then set this as the default Windows browser, or you select Chrome from a list in a GW client. That will allow to use "Save As PDF" option also with Chrome browsers.

    The workaround for Edge issue is implemented in:

    GW24.3.x: 146179
    GW24.2.x: 146180
    GW24.1.x: 146181

    It is not going to work with FF browsers.

    There were additional changes needed for problems detected later. Now the workaround done at a client site works also for Edge and Chrome:

    GW24.3.x: 146196
    GW24.2.x: 146197
    GW24.1.x: 146198
    GW23.4.x: 146199 - includes earlier change
    GW18.5.x: 146199 - includes earlier change

    The TID was updated accordingly.
