Cannot Install GroupWise WebAccess on windows Server 2003?

Hello:

I recently had some hardware failure and brought all my VMs over to a different HDD.  After finding I could not restore from backups, rather than clean rebuild the VMs I figured I would just unintall eDirectory 8.8 SP6, GroupWise, etc. from both of my eDirectory Servers and reinstall it all.  Well after reinstalling eDirectory, GroupWise 8, etc.  When installing WebAccess I get some very strange behavior.  The install looks successful but I get two errors, the first saying the object could not be created in eDirectory (it lies) and the second saying that it could not complete the install "the remote procedure call failed".  when I launch the service which is there it posts in the application log an error 104.  No amount of googling seems to turn up any results except this old thread (https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014514) where the person asking is having issues with WebAccess on 64-bit Windows 2008 and the proposed solution does not apply to my environment (Windows Server 2003 R2 32-bit).  Also upon getting the properties from C1 of the of the WebAccess gateway component (WEBAC80A) I get a very generic error about not being able to initialize Flame databases.  See the screenshots of everything but the application log error message

In a bid to clean up WebAccess I followed this guide (for SLES10) but mapped all the deletes onto the relevant directories in Windows and cleaned up the registry for services and other WebAccess keys and cleaned up the domain folder.  (Procedure to uninstall and then re-install GroupWise Webaccess 8 on SLES10 (microfocus.com))

Screen 01: Install failed try to create the object in GroupWise Administrator

Screen 03: C1 cannot initialize flame databases

Screen 02: Remote Procedure Call Failed

If anyone has any thoughts on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.

I know I'm probably sunk at this point because GW8 is so old but that's what I've got access to so it will have to do.  Again I thank you in advance for any help given.

Thanks:
