Mail drag and drop as PDF on the desktop works again with client version 23.3.01.146207

With the client version 24.3.01.146207 it is again possible to drag and drop mails as PDF on the desktop. Important: in Multi Screen System on Windows drag and drop is only possible on the primary display.

Info about the configuration of the client: Default browser Firefox, Multi-Screen System, Windows 10 latest patches. GroupWise completely on 24.3 with latest build status and latest build status for GW client

For people not aware or want to have the latest info we have this TID and we update it the last build info for the different versions or if anything more is found.

I think the Client is 24.3 Build 146207 and not 23.3!

If you look at the TID all GW versions are mentioned with what build ( and later ) have the fix, not only 24.3 we put this back even into 18.5. I also assume this is just a typo from Georg
