GroupWise client work slow 24.2 and 18.2

Hi.

I saw a lot of post regarding GroupWise client slow working with proposals what can be done on the windows desktop. I have try some of them but I don't see any progress and I would like to solve this permanently. I didn't find any article how to troubleshooting slowness GW client.

The customer is running GroupWise 24.2 with GW clients 24.2 or 18.2. All clients are in online mode (cache mode is not an option).

The issues are slow opening mails (10-15 seconds), slow searching contact, sometimes with not responding message, ....

I would really appreciate any suggestions on how to effectively troubleshooting slowness of the GW client!?

    This is still the TID we know that resolved the issue for customers, did you try all settings mentioned so netbios but also the "Memory integrity" mentioned?

    If so i found the netbios using Wireshark at the time and this might now also point to what delays are next to basic troubleshooting like all workstations or some, all email or some and in case of some whats different from the ones that dont.

    We have not made any specific fixes for slowness i seem to have seen external factors being the issue until now. If any other options or fixes are available i would love to know them and I will update the TID if needed
