I saw a lot of post regarding GroupWise client slow working with proposals what can be done on the windows desktop. I have try some of them but I don't see any progress and I would like to solve this permanently. I didn't find any article how to troubleshooting slowness GW client.
The customer is running GroupWise 24.2 with GW clients 24.2 or 18.2. All clients are in online mode (cache mode is not an option).
The issues are slow opening mails (10-15 seconds), slow searching contact, sometimes with not responding message, ....
I would really appreciate any suggestions on how to effectively troubleshooting slowness of the GW client!?
