After user move shared addressbooks containing empty groups only

Hello,

we moved our users to another Domain and Postoffice.
After the move some users reporting, a shared address book contains no
contacts.
I verified this: the owner of the AB can see all entries, the
contributors facing empty lists and new created entries only.

Removing the share and reshare ends with same results.

Environment: GW 14.2.0 HP1 on Windows Server, HP1 client

anyone here with some suggestions?

Sounds like the prime user database was not updated/created properly when the users where moved.
