Our groupwise users have Shared Meeting rooms which they can view within their calendar and book.

I know in the Mac Calendar I can send an invite to a meeting room, and check it's availability, but that is not the same as just being able to have that meeting room in your list of calendars and at a glance seeing if it's free without having to check anything.

That is not possible at this time. I am not sure if it's something the
native Mac mail client can even do but you can go to our ideas portal and

It works fine on the native Mac Client.

Which one of your novell colleagues told me i had to replace with this....

So we have a email account that has access to say 10 resources each of which is a room. All of our users can access these rooms and have them in their list of Calendars... Then you can just go into it and see how busy it is.... and see which days it's free etc... In the groupwise client you add them as a Proxy Calendar.

Is there no way for you to talk to these via the CalDav server to be able to add the visibility of these calendars?

Why am i still paying a fortune each year for a product that is actually not working and doing stuff that it did years ago..... It's utterly ridiculous .....

In the GroupWise Admin console If you look in the settings for the resource it mentions web calendars? Is there some way to publish the calendar to our groupwise caldav server? or some other web calendar service to then get the mac to pick up the calendar from that?
