Signature Templates

Create a "template" solution for a system wide signature using variables. For example, Administrators could set a template that looked like this:

Information such as names, titles, and cell phones could be pulled from the GroupWise account. Common information such as company phone number, web site, and company logo could be pulled from a common area. Font settings would need to be defined by the administrator.

This is available in the GroupWise Admin with the 18.2 release on 10/31/2019.

This is currently planned on the roadmap the 18.12release of GroupWise. 18.2 is currently schedule for release late second half of 2019. Please remember that roadmap items are subject to change as we get closer to release. This will still be a licenses feature of Mailbox Mgmt. We plan to integrate that into GroupWise but you would have to have a Mailbox Management license or have Enterprise Messaging for the feature to be available. We are workign on this with Global Signature Variables, I hope to get both into this next release.
