Is there a way to delete blacklisted emails automatically? (before email notification is sent)

Most of my notifications are for emails from domains I have blacklisted. I would like to have these emails automatically deleted from the gateway rather than having to open the gateway and delete them all or click on the delete button on the notification mail. Is there a way to do this? Or should I suggest this as an enhancement?

Thanks

Penny

I am not sure if I understand, Penny.

If you run a blacklist then you will block these mails. But you do not have to quarantine these messages. If you do not quarantine, then you do not have to delete ... Thinking

Thanks for responding. If I remove the domains from my blacklist - will the mails be sent to my mailbox and handled as junk? I want as automated a process as possible.

I think what you want is a GroupWise thing only (Although SMG can do it too).

In your GW client go to Actions and enable Junkmail Handling. Now if you receive an external mail (=internet mail), then drag & drop this entry to your junk mail folder. A dialog box will ask you if you want to enable junkmail handling for this single address or the whole domain ...
