Quarantine - detail view broken

Hello,

I see on my installation and also on another, that the detail view inside the quarantine area is broken. If I try to open an blocked message, then a new window is open with an white screen. A detail view inside my browser show my an error "500 Internal Server Error" for the web page: smg-host.example.com/.../show_message.php

Do you have seen this problem also?

My current version is 2023.3.4 rpm:1.0.1-376.1, but was also on version 345.

Kind regards & thanks for help

Michael

I am on the same version now, Michael.

I do not see these issues in my environment (and in my version before). I have checked customers too (not updated now) - no issues.

    Hi Michael,

Something is amiss after installing the latest update.

    • At first I could see all the quarantined messages. I didn't try to open any.
    • I logged out then logged in again. All I saw was white pages as you did. At the top of the page there was a one line message saying I was not authorised to access this page.
    • I logged out then logged in again. Things were back to normal.

Crazy me! I opened a case for this some time ago. Maybe this TID is based on my case.

Michael, I fixed my focus on this current version and did not think of recent experiences See no evil

    Hi Michael,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the detail view inside the quarantine area. The "500 Internal Server Error" message you're seeing is usually an indication of an issue on the server side, rather than a problem with your installation specifically. It's possible that there may be an issue with the server configuration or a temporary outage that's causing the problem.

Since you mentioned that you've seen this issue on another installation as well, it's possible that it's a known issue with the software version you're using. Have you tried reaching out to the software provider's customer support or forums to see if there are any known broken issues or workarounds for this issue?

In the meantime, you may want to try accessing the blocked message detail view from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists. Additionally, you can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps resolve the issue.

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best regards,
