So adding the "Interface Control" overrules the "Bounce-Function" of the "Block"?

Normally I would prefer not giving any feedback on how I handle incoming e-mails.

Is this the only way to avoid a bounce?

I am not sure if its the only way, but it works. Replying with 2xx is just an "OK" for the sending server which is expecting a reaction ...

Then I will go for this.

You want to block the email and allow users to release the email they want. To do that you must both Block and Quarantine the message. But more is needed: If users want to receive those emails, they will have to whitelist the sender or all future emails will still go to the quarantine. Similarly, if they don't want future emails from that sender they will have to blacklist the sender.

Your other option is to only quarantine the message and allow the recipient receive it. They can go to the quarantine and blacklist the sender if they don't want future emails and should go to the quarantine to whitelist the sender if they do want future emails to prevent them from being quarantined.
