Out of disc space - alert!

Give us (admins) a chance to get an information if SMG runs out of disc space.

Today one of my customers SMG stopped to work. I have found out that postgresql stopped. Reason out of disc space.

One of the reasons: there is no (default) vacuum or reorganize activity for postgesql - but that's another story ...
