Accounting Codes

This applet lets you assign accounting codes to appointments in GroupWise. An accounting code might represent a particular client or case. You can use the associated "Accounting Codes Report" applet to produce a cost report for any category within a time period. The "Accounting Codes Report" applet also lets you add, edit and delete the accounting codes available for selection.

You may only add accounting codes to received or posted appointments.

The first time the applet is created a default set of accounting codes are used and saved into a text file called "adv_accountingcodes.txt"
