This applet uses SQL to find records in a sample database and displays the results in a Formativ portal. The techniques used illustrate how ADO can be used to connect to the SQL database of choice. An Access database is used in this example.
REQUIREMENT:
- The sample Access database provided will be installed into the Formativ default data folder (c:\program files\advansys\formativ\data\). The database has a table named employee, which has two fields 'ID' and 'Name'.
INTEGRATIONS: GroupWise toolbar.
*The installation file contains one or more Formativ applets, a brief help text file and any data required by the solution.
