Here are two applets that work hand in hand to provide category support for GroupWise 5.5 and 6.0 users

Categories Applet

This applet lets GroupWise 5.5 and 6.0 users assign GroupWise items to one or more categories. Categories have a unique name, and are associated with a colour. The applet comes with a list of pre-defined categories, which you can add to if you wish.

Use the 'Category View' applet to view and manage all items you have associated with categories.

Category View Applet

This applet creates a Formativ portal in order to display and manage all GroupWise items categorized by the 'Categories' applet. You can specify which categories to view, and apply date ranges. You can click on any item in the view to open the original GroupWise message. You need to press the Refresh button to update the view after changing the category or date range settings.
