If you have ever regretted pressing the Send button, you will appreciate the GroupWise Retract feature.
Can you retract an e-mail that's been 'third party downloaded" (in action spot when I check on email status)
Once it is showing "third party downloaded" you cannot retract it. You can only retract messages that show Transferred and have not yet been opened, as long as it is inside your GW system. If it is a message that has been sent outside of your system, it cannot be retracted.
