In the GroupWise Admin Console | User properties | More button, the options for Associate & Dissociate are missing.
While clicking on different options within the Admin Console, the following message appeared: System Operations are restricted to primary domain. You can change this setting by connecting to primary domain and modifying the property on the system preferences.
In the upper left corner of the GroupWise Admin Console is the 'Connected Domain' option. Select the drop-down and then click on the primary domain (with a red line beneath the globe).
Once connected to the primary domain, the options for Associate & Dissociate are now available on the user accounts.
To allow system changes to be made while connected to a secondary domain, first make sure to be connected to the Primary domain in the Admin Console. Then select System | System Preferences | Settings | de-select the option for
'Restrict System Operations to Primary Domain'.
