HDU was developed to provide a simplified interface for Help DeskOperators (HDOs), local administrators and/or teachers to be able to carry out changes to eDir/NDS, GroupWise, and NetMail values. HDOs can change NDS and GroupWise passwords, NAL/ZEN Application Associations,identification information, and NetMail user preferences without using NWAdmin or ConsoleOne. HDU combines the simplicity and power of a simple configurable interface to allow you to control which change options are available to the HDOs. One interface - quick and easy!

Trial versions of all of our products can be downloaded from www.omni-ts.com. The trial versions are restricted in the number of users they can manage or in the names of the accounts that are enabled. 30-day fully functional versions can be requested by contacting Aldo@nmasters.com.
