Situation

When setting up an Out of the Office rule and it does not have the option "Include message received from sender" checked replies created by this Out of the Office rule will add the image(s) that are in the original email from the sender to the Out of the Office reply email

The original message body text is not included only the image is added with the text as defined in the Out of the Office rule
