Knowledge Document: Need to share a GroupWise Resource Mailbox with multiple users

Created a GroupWise Resource for a network printer. The printer will send notifications to the Resource Mailbox that also needs to be shared with multiple users in order for the notifications to be read.

Environment

GroupWise 24.x
GroupWise 23.x
GroupWise 18.x
 

Situation

After setting up a network printer as a GroupWise Resource, the network printer will send notification emails to the Resource Mailbox. Printer users may need to read these notifications if there are problems printing the requested jobs. How do you share the Resource Mailbox with multiple users?
