Situation
When receiving an appointment in GroupWise from an external user the status messages generated by the GWIA back to the sender when the appointment is accepted uses the wrong encoding in the first and/or last name of the receiving GroupWise user.The incorrect encoding used in the accepted status message is Windows-1256 which means extended characters do not show correct when received by the external sender of the appointment
