Knowledge Document: gwm:getAttachmentResponse is too large: [EA04]

Environment
GroupWise Messenger 18.5
GroupWise Messenger 23.4


Situation
Thousands of errors appear in the POA log file.  The errors are:
gwm:getAttachmentResponse is too large: [EA04]

Cause
SOAP size limit is set to low

Resolution
Workaround is to change the SOAP size limit in the POA startup file.  The setting is
 "--soapsizelimit" to 2 MB


This has been reported to engineering to get the default limit increased
