iPrint PSMStatus Page - Restrict User Access

We created an account for our help desk staff to access the iPrint PSMSTATUS page, via a separate account.  We created a separate account so that they can not alter current printers or profiles in the system or change any other items that our admin account could allow.  We'd like to edit the account so that they only have read-only rights, and not sure how to perform this.  Can anyone provide some insight here?  Thanks in advanced.

It looks like that is a rather binary toggle, either full rights or
"You have insufficient rights to access this page. You must be logged in as a manager of this iPrint Manager object."

even with the user having Printer User rights to one of the printers I get that blockage.

clearly insufficient granularity for managing proper separation of duties,  where the average helpdesk staffer doesn't/shouldn't be managing the configuration of iPrint objects, but still needs to take care of and feeding of the printers so seeing that status would be great.

Unless someone can point us to something I've missed, this would make a great enhancement request two tabs over in the "Idea Exchange"   You brought it up, so you have first dibs on creating an Idea there (feel free to use any of my words above).   please post the link back here so we can join in, and don't forget to vote on your own Idea as that is not automatic when creating an Idea.
