iPrint 3.2.6 not showing needed or installed updates - Not the GPG key issue

I am in the process of prepping our iprint appliance for migration to v4. When I check for online update in the management interface I am not seeing any needed or installed patches. I believe that I have the migration enabler patch installed but want to verify before proceeding. If there is an alternative way of verifying that the update is present I would appreciate it. Also for grins I ssh'd in to the appliance and checked online update in yast and am receiving the following -

Thank you in advance for any assistance!

Based on screenshot there is some problem with SSL connection to nu.novell.com. Unfortunately we cannot see whole error message but previously there were some problems with connections to update site.

If iPrint appliance 3.2.6 runs on SLES 11, this might be the problem (TID talks about SMT, but problem is with openssl bundled with SLES11SP3/4:

Solution would be to somehow bump up SLES version, maybe upgrading appliance to version 4 (our 4.1.2 appliance is using SLES12SP3).

Other possibility would be to deploy your own SMT server where you can reenable older TLS/SSL protocols and then point your iprint appliance to your SMT servers for update.

But if appliance already runs on SLES12, maybe problem is just with trusting ca certificates, so something similar as there:

    support.microfocus.com/.../doc.php

Anyway, seeing whole error message might help.

    Kind regards,
